I have been able to make a few updates to the agenda and the packet for the upcoming SMM. The latest agenda is attached; it shows not only the starting and ending times for each item of business, but also the amount of time budgeted to each item. The agenda is also in the full packet (now posted here) as pages 2-3 of 47.
I plan to update both documents once more before the meeting, or perhaps twice, depending on how much updated information I get when. My latest planned update is a week before the SMM -- that is, Saturday, June 22. So if you have anything you need to send me, please send it ASAP -- by noon that Saturday, if you can.
One more note: I would like to start immediately gathering names of volunteers to take on the key process roles for the SMM. The roles listed in our Consensus Procedure (pages 4-7 of the packet) are: facilitator (and maybe co-facilitators, timekeeper, stacker, notes-taker, and peacekeeper. Two more not listed in the procedure, but IMO important, are videographer and what I'm calling “remote/electronic attendance liaison” -- someone who will keep track of the remote feed and work to incorporate comments, votes, etc. from remote attenders into the on-site process.
